Thanksgiving Window Painting

Window painting became popular as the pandemic was taking off. People were stuck in their homes, needing a reprieve from being home all day every day. The reality for me is that this was my reality Monday thru Friday. Lockdown, quarantines, not really much different than my work week. As people struggled to come to terms with working from home, I had nine years under my belt. Basically, what I'm saying is that window painting was nothing new for us. We've been doing it for years.

What we haven't been doing for years is homeschooling. That's brand new. I get creative when it comes to their studies. I try to tie in learning with our day to day things or things we'd be doing anyways. One of last week's art project was a Thanksgiving window painting. I think it turned out pretty cute! Plus, I got to help paint more than I usually do since the oldest did the overall design of it.
