Hot, humid, and Wednesday sums up our day. Both boys had school today so that left me with only 3 kids. We took advantage of the nice day to play outside. My hair took a beating with this humidity! Being a slow daycare day, I took the opportunity to get caught up on laundry, especially folding. The rest of the day went something like this:
Fall cookie cutter painting
Foam stickers. Love these for even the youngest of kids....
Harrison showing me how to ride a bike.
Our favorite books for the week.
My amazing sister in law gave all of the Sheaffer nephews (and one niece) subscriptions to Zootles and Zoobies. These are LOVED by all of the kids!
Elizabeth had to have some of Max's after school green beans snack
Enjoying an evening in the sprinkler.
One of my kids favorite dinners: red beans and rice. I love that it's a favorite because it's cheap, easy to make, and (somewhat) healthy.
Shaving cream sensory activity. The boys liked making shapes and letters in the cream.
Elizabeth just liked squeezing it in her hands!
One of our Old Navy orders came today! Yay for fairly priced fall clothes! If you're in need of fall clothes, I highly recommend checking out Old Navy/Gap.com. Amazing deals to be found for the entire family!
My mother in law went to Ikea this weekend and found these awesome plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. Perfect for our fall picnics! I am in love with all of the bright colors!
My crafty finds at Michael's.
Yesterday I made healthy cookies. Now sugary pumpkin cookies are on the menu!
