Start by taping as many balloons as you can fit to a ceiling fan. Use cheap tape or tape them loosely so they fall off easily when the fan is turned on. Count down from 10, turn the fan on the highest it will go, watch the balloons fly off, and then get ready for squeals of delight and hours of play ahead with the balloons. Just beware of a balloon popage here and there.
