Pizza Casserole

I got this recipe from my mom a couple of years ago and it has since become a regular on our menu rotation. It's deliciously yummy, cheaper than ordering a pizza, and a big bonus--the minis like it too!

Pizza Casserole Recipe:

1 package whole wheat biscuits
1 package shredded cheese
1 jar pizza sauce
pizza toppings of your choice

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut biscuits into bite size pieces and put in an 11x7 pan.

Add pizza toppings. My kids like pepperoni, peppers, and onions in it. I chop everything into tiny, edible pieces for the minis.

Add the sauce.

Add the cheese and bake for 16-22 minutes (our oven cooks hot and quickly so it usually takes 16 minutes to cook thoroughly).

I failed to get an after picture of the cheese melted and gooey, but this recipe has yet to fail us yet.....yea know, unless I forget about it in the oven. It may or may not leave the house smelling worse than burned pizza for days. So, don't leave it in the oven too long and it's a no fail dinner!
