Week In Review: January 3 - January 6

Short week, fun times. Here's a few pics to give you a look at our week:

We broke out the peg board. Great patterning exercises for the preschoolers, great color recognition for the toddlers, and great hand eye coordination task for the younger toddlers. Everyone loves this thing! For something similar, check this out.

A balloon dance party (or something like that) to the Trolls Movie soundtrack.

The middle mini lost his second tooth and bragged to everyone.

And the oldest learned how to draw butts....and taught kids how to draw them as well.

The kids ate brownies while we read If You Give A Mouse A Brownie

We read several of the If You Give series (If You Give A Mouse A Cookie, If You Give A Dog A Donut, If You Give A Moose A Muffin, etc.). The kids used clay to make their own mice. One child ever made a "mouse house" and another made a brownie to go with her mouse.

Typical bedtime attire for this Miss.

Typical Friday dance party.

The kids used shaving cream paint to paint snowflakes. We're still using my Aunt's (former school teacher) supplies!
