Another daycare kids birthday and we were celebrating ON Cinco de Mayo. I had high hopes to make a cool birthday cake for him. I've seen this pinata cake so many times on Pinterest. How awesome is that??!!? The kids would love it!
But life got in the way. A busy week paired with an unexpectedly busy Wednesday night meant that cake wasn't happening. Instead I took the easy way out:
A bundt cake, frosted, with M & M's on it and in the middle. Because when I cut into it the M & M's still pour out and the kids are left in awe. Boom. The busy mom's Pinata cake.
