I'm pretty sure July was a lifetime ago, so enjoy it in pictures and small recaps.
My foodies insisted on trying blueberry sausages. We put pancake mix around them and dipped them in syrup at the suggestion of the meat counter we got the sausages at.
Adventureland
Daycare Olympics were hilarious this year. We had a slithering race, water bottle ducking, and more that I'm not remembering at the moment.
Harrison's tattoo kit was a huge hit.
Some kind of hot chip challenge. I did not partake.
We discovered Dolliver Memorial State Park during the pandemic and it's been a favorite ever since. I had had to hike in the creek on a hot day, but failed to take into account that we're in a drought. So the creek wasn't as much fun as it usually is. We gave up hiking it after about a half of a mile.
A day of Lego challenges.

There was edible cookie dough, homemade fudge pudding to make dirt cups, and a meringue.
Everybody's favorite candy, rainy days, and dress up clothes (that the kittens really loved).

I spent an evening making sensory bins and it made me extremely happy. These were all for summer camps I had planned (but didn't execute) and I'm told they were a hit.
Universal Yums boxes throughout the summer.
Driveway painting. Hint: shaving cream stains cement, so five months later I'm still enjoying the faint remnants of their art work. It makes me smile every time.
So much lake swimming.
The Barbie movie followed by ramen and sushi.
All the holidays week. Beginning with a New Year's toast, Valentine's Day cookie decorating, St. Patrick's Day, an Easter egg hunt, Cinco de Mayo, Halloween, a Thanksgiving meal, and Christmas morning.
Just a regular grocery trip.
A massive round of the Find It game with little toys hidden throughout the yard.
